And I Ruuuuuuun....

So the past few weeks I have taken up running, well jogging, you know what I mean. Myself and the mister have been running in the park, I started out running for barely a minute, a few days ago I ran a whole three minutes and yesterday at the gym I ran three bursts of 5 minutes and one two minute sprint. I have 30-40 pounds to lose and I am hoping to get to the gym at least 4 days a week and get some good cardio as well as watching what I eat. I feel like I keep getting bigger and bigger and I feel like such a tub of lard. I'll probably update as I go. Today I took my measurements and I threw up a little in my mouth when I realized how big I am. I don't know if running will do anything to help the weight melt off or if it will just help tone my legs. Gah, this sucks arse!!
